The hotel is situated just 10 minutes from the historic centre of Caceres, on road N 521, in a unique natural spot in the city, surrounded by birdlife and the typical natural landscape of the Extremadura region. Both the beach and links to the public transport network are to be found around 3 km away. It is around 250 km to Madrid.

The hotel is housed in old palace dating from the 16th Century, and mixes modern minimalist style with the traditional structure. This eco-spa hotel comprises a total of 46 rooms including 9 junior suites. Facilities on offer to guests at this air-conditioned establishment include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a cloakroom, a lift, a cafe, a bar, a games room, a restaurant, conference facilities and Internet access. Guests may also take advantage of the laundrette and there is parking and a garage for those arriving by car, as well as a playground for the younger guests.
